Meet The Author

Author Ellyn Caruso turned a life-altering breast cancer diagnosis into a life-affirming mission. As she stepped back from her life post-cancer treatment, she looked for actions to help her live her best life. She added more fitness, holistic and mindfulness activities. Most importantly, she learned that what you eat matters and became a culinary curious survivor who embraces healther lifestyle habits of better cooking and mindful eating. A public relations professional, Ellyn owns Caruso PR in Chicago.
